Refund Policy

1. Counselling Sessions

Paid counselling sessions are non-refundable once the session has been conducted. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance by contacting us at info@askeducation.in.

2. Admission Guidance Packages

Refund requests for admission guidance packages must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before any service has been delivered. Once guidance, document review, or university shortlisting has begun, refunds will not be issued.

3. Career Coaching Sessions

Career coaching sessions booked through AskEducation are subject to the individual coach's cancellation policy. Please review the policy shown on the coach's profile before booking.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email info@askeducation.in with your order details, name, and reason for the request. We will respond within 3 business days.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
